This week we are working on the letter H. Today we made a hippopotamus with the letter H. We colored the letter and added the body parts. We then glued the the letter H to a color paper. You will find the free file here.
We are making another Hippopotamus craft and he is super hungry. For this craft cut out the print out, color it and glue it to a piece of cardboard or foam. Cut out the mouth and glue the circle to a short cup. I also glued the cut out letters on to foam. This allows your little one to easily grasp the pieces. For a little challenge I used last weeks Hungry Lion Craft and well as this weeks craft and had my daughter feed the animals. You can find the free file here.
We are still going over the number one. I laminated the file and added velcro dots to reuse it over and over again. We did the activity using the previous numbers before introducing the number 1. We counted each animal as we placed it on each number. You can find the free file here.
I hope you enjoyed today's activities and hope you visit us soon. Please visit back for Day 2 and follow us on facebook www.facebook.com/lilirubiana/
