Disappearing Ghost

This is a quick fun Halloween activity to do with the kids. I was so excited to try this activity when I got a package with biodegradable packing peanuts in it.

Materials

Biodegradable Packing Peanuts

Black Sharpie

Spray Bottle with Luke Warm Water

Scissors

I simply shaped the packing peanuts into rectangles. I then used my extraordinary cutting skills (lefty) to cut out ghosts. My little one wanted to help add the eyes and mouth. This is also a great opportunity to go over facial expressions.

Afterwards we placed the ghosts on a laminated mat and sprayed the ghost with warm water. This is a great way for your older kids to test which ghost would vanish quicker. Use warm water on one ghost and then use cold water on another.
