Polar Bear, Polar Bear, What do you Hear?

Updated: Jan 29, 2021

I've got an entire month worth of activities and crafts for your toddler/preschooler. This month we will be reading Polar Bear, Polar Bear, What Do You Hear,? by Bill MartinJr. I have included activities for 2-5 year olds. Just do what you can, add more if you want to, or simply go with the flow. Some of the activities will be repetitive to help practice the same skill. I hope you enjoy the first week worth of activities and crafts.

Here's what the first week looks like.

Below you will find each activity that I planned out per day. You can always pick and choose from other days.

For the second week, we will continue to read the same book. We will focus on the letter L and the number 2. There is a variety of activities for all ages. Just pick and choose what suits your child. If you printed out the puzzle and matching activity then you have saved your self work and paper. Those two activities will remain the same for the rest of the month.

I've included the activities for Monday through Thursday. We revisited the number 3 and played with the Polar Bear clothespin craft.

For week three, we will continue to read the same book. We will focus on the letter H and the number 1. Pick and choose what suits your child. If you printed out week one's puzzle and matching activity then you have saved your self work and paper. Those two activities will remain the same for the rest of the month.
